Record in the app, import several files at once from Files, or share from Voice Memos. Apple Watch records on its own and transfers to iPhone when connectivity allows.
Built for long meetings
Audio is processed in sections with clear progress and retry states, and unfinished work is kept if processing is interrupted. For long audio, keep Trace in the foreground.
Outcomes, not just text
Get a transcript, meeting minutes, decisions, risks, action items, and a structured summary. When the provider returns no usable timing, Trace clearly marks locally estimated times.
Reports for your team
Export Markdown, HTML, or PDF reports and share them through Mail, Files, AirDrop, and other compatible apps.
Your data and costs
Your API key is stored only in iOS Keychain. Trace needs no account, does not track you, and has no built-in cloud sync. Selected audio and text are sent to Google Gemini only for transcription and analysis; see the Privacy Policy.
